Robin Fielder, President, CEO and Director
Robin Fielder was appointed Director of Noble Midstream in August 2020 and President and Chief Executive Officer in October 2020. Prior to that, she served as President and Chief Operating Officer of from January 2020 to October 2020. Robin also served as Senior Vice President, Midstream, for Noble Energy from January 2020 to October 2020. Before joining Noble Midstream and Noble Energy, she served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the general partners of Western Midstream Operating LP and Western Midstream Partners LP from January 2019 to August 2019, and as President and Director of the general partners from November 2018 to January 2019. Robin also served as Senior Vice President, Midstream of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation from November 2018 to August 2019. Prior to these positions, she served in positions of increasing responsibility at Anadarko, including Vice President, Investor Relations, Midstream Corporate Planning Manager, Director, Investor Relations and General Manager of East Texas and North Louisiana and various exploration and operations engineering positions in both the U.S. onshore and the Gulf of Mexico.
Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Tom Christensen, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer
Tom was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2019 after serving as interim Chief Financial Officer since July 2019. He has also held the position of Chief Accounting Officer of Noble Midstream since August 2016. Tom previously served as Corporate Finance Manager in Noble Energy’s Treasury group and joined Noble Energy upon its acquisition of Rosetta Resources in July 2015. While at Rosetta, Tom served in positions of increasing responsibility, including most recently serving as its Assistant Controller overseeing SEC reporting, corporate accounting, income taxes and technical accounting matters. Tom started his career as an auditor in PricewaterhouseCoopers’s energy practice in Houston. He is also a certified public accountant.
John Reuwer, Vice President of Business and Corporate Development
John was appointed Vice President of Business and Corporate Development in October 2019 after serving in positions of increasing responsibility within the Partnership’s business development, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development departments. In his role, John sits on many of the Partnership’s joint venture boards. Before joining Noble Midstream and Noble Energy, he spent a career in management consulting specializing in Energy and Infrastructure.
John holds a Bachelors's degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Baylor University, a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston, and a Masters of Business Administration from Rice University.
Aaron Carlson, General Counsel and Secretary
Aaron was appointed General Counsel and Secretary of the General Partner in June 2019. He joined Noble Energy in April 2003 after spending seven years in private practice. Aaron served in positions of increasing responsibility within Noble Energy’s legal department, including Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, before assuming his previous role as Vice President of Land, Marketing and Production Reporting in May 2018.
